Help. I accidentally left my philodendron in the Florida sun and the leaves turned brown. Some completely and others are brown and green. Is it salvageable?

Sadly, no, I don’t think you can save any of the brown leaves :( I would just cut them off so the plant can focus on making new ones.

Do you think the plant will survive?

I live in Western Australia where the sun is extremely hot - once I put neem oil on a monstera and left it outside in 40 degrees Celsius (104 Fahrenheit) and essentially cooked all the leaves in hot oil 😑 and she survived. So there is absolutely hope she can bounce back!

Trim what you can. Lose the worst leaves so the plant can heal. if some leaves arent too bad, you can just cut the brown parts off and have wonky leaves. I do this with yellow tips all the time 🤭
