Hi! I got a cutting of a Philodendron Brasil from work about a month and a half ago and have been propagating it ever since. My question is when should I plan to transfer her to a pot and soil? And what kind of soil do you all recommend?

There is enough roots to plant in soil. I usually plant after 2”-3” of roots emerge. I recommend propagating more of the vine to get four to five cuttings in a six inch pot after the cuttings have grown out in smaller pots. You need several cuttings for fullness since the vines don’t branch off.

Okay that makes sense thank you! Do you have any soil recommendations?

I don’t have a particular brand. I blend my own since I have over 200 plants. Fox Farm brand is popular online. 🪴🍀
