Hey yall, I got this croton two months ago and it looks like she has not grown one bit. This leaf looks the same lol. Wonder if anyone has any tips for general croton guidance?

Have you checked the roots for one of those mesh cages that nurseries tend to leave on? I’ve found that my crotons have liked lots of light and some humidity.
2 J'aimeI brought home a plant that has one of those. Do I de-plant it and gently cut it off?
0 J'aimeYes, you definitely want to remove the mesh as soon as possible. Most people recommend giving your plant a couple weeks in its new home before repotting. You’ll probably lose some roots when removing it, but that’s okay! Replant in a pot that is only 1-2inches bigger than the root system. :)
0 J'aimeCrotons like warm temperatures, high humidity and at least 8 hours of direct sunlight each day. The variegations will show up more when they get enough direct sunlight. Be sure to fertilize at least once a month in the warmer months. 🍀🪴
