    I meant to comment on your other post! The full sun isn’t until it’s established! This baby needs water and a moisture dome and not much light at all if you want the roots to grow.

    The stem cutting might do something, assuming it has a node, but the flower part won't grow into anything. In order for a cutting to grow into a full plant, it has to have a node, otherwise it's incapable of making roots and leaves. Often when roses are cut for bouquets, they're only the part of the stem that supports the flower, and don't have any nodes to work with. I hope you have good luck with yours, but don't be surprised if they never grow
