That's a mealybug-rubbing alcohol will dissolve them. They will devastate plants so get rid of them quick

0 Me gustacheck all the nooks and crannies and any surrounding plants — and stay vigilant for a few weeks after treatment
3 Me gustaYes I found some on my corn plant on the other side of room
1 me gustaThey can be really hard to get rid of, so Quarantine as much as possible. And treat reregularly, even for a bit after you think they are gone.
1 me gustaThen, every plant is suspect. Dab with a cotton swab containing isopropyl alcohol if there are just a few. Neem oil and insecticidal soap sprays can get into the creases where they tend to hide. Wipe down the area around and under the pots. Disinfect hands. The little ones are hard to see and easy to transfer. 🍀🪴

5 Me gustaI've had mealybugs a few times but I guess I was really lucky cuz its never been serious. The first time they were on an aralia from lowes. This was pry a year or so ago, and I had no idea what it was. I just saw a fuzzy bug and picked it off and smashed it. I checked it every couple of days and found three or four more which I also squashed. That was all. The plant was fine and none of my other plants got them either. Now just a few days/week ago I found one on an alocasia, also ftom lowes (I will def be quarantining any plants i get from there in the future even tho I got it pry a month ago). I picked it off and have kept an eye on it since and haven't found any more. I guess I'm just lucky?
