The orange spots look like extra floral nectars (EFNs) that dried. It’s a natural thing philos do, they release nectar that look like little water droplets but if you touch them they are sticky like honey (and taste like sugar). These attract ants in the wild that feed on it and protect the plants from other predator pests. Sometimes these can scar, but it has nothing to worry about the plant is doing what it’s supposed to. That’s said, if you are seeing lots of tiny pin size specks/dots it could also mean potential spider mites and Well. This doesn’t look like that to me but if you have a magnifying glass or just good eyes, check the under sides of the leaves and in the crevices wear petiole meets the leaf to see if there’s any webbing to confirm. Good luck!
