Honestly? I’ve saved worse. The current leaves will stay that wrinkly most likely due to lack of water. They can bounce back but those leaves look like they dried out past that point. New leaves will be normal though. Id still leave those leaves though. The roots that are left are healthy. Just keep an eye on it and water it when those roots turn silver/whiteish.

Yeah, DO NOT OverWater. Ha. Easiest way I’ve killed ‘em. Go with orchid mix instead of normal potting soil, barky stuff & water very thoroughly biweekly- with drainage. Also, all of mine survive best in my East 🪟 with tons of indirect light, no direct!

Still has some healthy roots, it can come back. Don’t water too much or too often they like to be neglected

That one's definitely trying to survive. The roots look pretty good all things considered, so pot it up in orchid bark normally. Those leaves look severely dehydrated (very wrinkly) and a bit sun stressed (purple tone). It would help to see the tops of the leaves, but based on what I can see, it needs slightly less light. Since the roots look okay and are all short, you've probably already fixed the dehydration issue. (Do check the roots for rot; if it's squishy and fungus/mold colored, cut it off. Keep roots that are firm and green, white, or silvery green.) When you pot it, try to make it very stable in its pot; that can help the new roots grow in. Remember to water directly on the roots, use room-temperature water, and never get water in the crown. Watch the newest leaves for signs of health; those old ones will stay wrinkly and likely fall off as the plant heals. Water roughly once a week
