Such a beautiful kitty! Hopefully he learns soon. I have the same problem with my bunny and have to keep eyes on her at all times when she’s in the common area

Usually he stays away from them but one of the plants fell off of the stand so he figured it was free game lol. And one has a long leaf sticking out past the stand and he went for it. Jerk

You know…… I’ve avoided cacti for that reason but maybe it would teach him lol

He looks very satisfied about what he’s done! 😂. I had a cat like that once, she was a holy terror but we loved her anyway!

Mine does the same thing when her food bowl isn’t full! Will start chewing on my plants right in front of me to make me go fill it 😂

There are chemicals sold in pet shops to keep pets from chewing furniture. I used it on my windowsills, door frames and coffee table. It’s an intensely bitter taste that they avoid like it’s cursed. You just dab a little on the favorite chew spot and thoroughly wash your hands afterwards. It tastes awful! I don’t remember the name. It’s been 14 years. Search online.

Do you think it would be safe to spray on the plants?

I would test it first on a plant/cutting I don’t care about losing and wait a week.
