Hello, I’m new here and to the plant community!! I was given a monstera the other day got everything set up for her..then I watered her because she was very dry. Today I woke up to water droplets in a couple places. Can anyone tell me what this means or help me out with some monstera tips?

That’s totally normal! ☺️ It’s called guttation. It’s the plant’s way of expelling excess water and minerals.

Step one after repot, find her “back” & add support (moss pole, bamboo stick, whatever you choose) & use plant tape to stake it & keep it steady, make sure you only go up 2inch pot size at a time! & just water when you stick your finger 2-3inch deep into soil & its not moist! I honestly water all mine every Sunday but mine have hella drainage. & add fertilizer every month depending on brand

I got a coco coir pole it looks like this one has two in the same pot I was told. But she seems to be doing well now she gave me two leaves!! I sized her up in a clear pot so I could see her roots!
