Hey guys so my mom got this African violet plant not too long ago and I she was told to bottom water it but it isn’t looking the best so I was wondering if your supposed to water it normally in addition to bottom watering please and thank you!!
No to my knowledge bottom watering is just a different watering technique and not an additional step
0 likesIt actually looks perfectly healthy to me! The flowers dying is completely normal. How long are you letting it sit in the water?
0 likes I keep it in water and when in runs out I refill it it’s just sitting in a small dish

I agree with Riley, I think it’s fine. Just pinch off the dead flowers!
