hi !! I’ve had this chinese evergreen for a little over a month now. i’m pretty new to owning plants , & i’m wondering if anyone knows what this is? Is it a leaf or is it a flower ???

    It’s their version of a “Flower”! Pic of mine below for reference. They’re not “decorative” so some ppl cut them off so they don’t take growing focus away from the leaves.
