im complete beginner when it comes to plants, sooo anyone got tips for Japanese maples I’ll take any info y’all got ❕

    you will want to plant it once it’s about 1-2 feet tall in the ground and plant it somewhere NOT near a window because they expand out as they grow taller. i learned the hard way by planting one right in front of my dining room window and now i can barely see out of it 🫣. water it really whenever or when it rains. mines 10 years old and about 7 feet tall and takes up A LOT of space. good luck! oh and also, name it, because that’s half the fun! mines name is rust. have fun!
