Does anyone know what these tiny black dots are on the back of my scindapsus? They're only on a few leaves. I noticed them a couple of weeks ago and the health of the plant doesn't seem to be impacted since it's still putting out new leaves and I don't see any damage or pests. The dots don't come off when I try wiping them with a cloth 🤔

  1. Show me the Greens!

Could be due to soil! Overwatering is common and this can be an indicator. Other things are environmental stress. Like, if you recently moved it, it’s near a heater or draft, new grow light.

this looks very similar to what happened to the leaves of my scindapsus pictus when it had spider mites 😢😢 i'd treat with neem oil just to be safe

Eek! I'll try to take a proactive approach then. Thanks!
