Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong with this orchid? I'm new to plant and orchid care. It's in bright indirect light all day and I water it according to the Planta schedule. It's still in the individual plastic cups with drainage. Everyday day the yellowing gets a little worse and I think it's starting on other leaves too.

That’s a sign of root rot. The moss these are sold in hold too much water, So you’ll need to repot with a chunkier mix, or water much less often. You’ll want the moss to nearly dry out each time.

I would also invest in a clear pot, you can check the roots easier that way, also it helps indicate when to water, (when the roots look silvery then it’s time to give it a water)
