I’m getting these marks on my plants. Could these be burn marks from my grow light? Are they too close to the grow light or is too high? Or is this from an unknown bug?

SJLooks very similar to what happened when the reflection of snow burned my monstera…

BonzoidI bounce my light off the wall in winter cuz of my south facing window. My monstera loves it and doesn’t burn. Watch that afternoon sun, it’s a killer! I move mine when it streams in around 2PM (central time US). You have light walls, it could work for you too.
