Lack of humidity most likely

0 J'aimeI did the same thing a bunch of years back my Avocado plant got big and thrived for maybe 2 years…then got infested with some kind of larvae pest! Good luck with your Avocado journey!

1 j'aimeIve not grown an avocado plant, but considering there’s snow outside your window (I.e. cold and dry climate) and avocado plants like tropical type climates (I.e. hot and humid), then I’d agree with the comment that it needs more humidity. Hope it goes well!
4 J'aimeI’m in central Florida, so my climate was pretty good for such a plant, and it pests (apparently)

1 j'aimeit looks like a humidity issue, I would put a humidifier near it, they do live in Mexico (particularly Michoacán), followed by California, Peru, Chile, and Florida. Which I think are all tropical areas.
