Getting into the plant game, so I want to Redo my front “garden area”. It was looking real bad like the pic of the tree was with weeds and it’s been almost 8 years I haven’t messed with this area. So I’m starting with a clean slate right now after I cleaned it up and took off the fabric. I am in central Florida and weather is amazing to get some yard work going. I’m thinking of planting some baby pony tail palm and aloe veras. Any ideas for this area lmk, thanks!

I’m so jealous of your ability to grow things outside in Florida 😭 I have no idea what the regulations there are for plants but… If you don’t mind things climbing on your house you can do pothos, scindapsus, Rhaphidophora, monstera dubia. Aglaonema and crotons can add pretty colors to your ground cover.

How would I get it climb the stucco wall? 🤞🏼

The little aerial roots will start to cling to the stucco once it’s big enough! To train it you can use some command hooks, etc. It may damage the stucco though, you may want to google that a bit more?

how humid does it get in Florida? i’m in Texas where aloes do amazing in the dry heat, but i’d be worried about too much moisture in the air
