I think my Chinese Evergreen is sprouting a flower! I read some people remove it to concentrate energy on leaf production. Opinions ?? There are two possibly three starting to show.

It’s completely fine to get rid or keep the flowers. It will take away a bit of energy from the leaves but it won’t hit the plant just slow growth of the leaves a bit. The flowers also allow you to get seeds if you want more.

It’s an involved process. But can be a fun rewarding experience. Personally I don’t have the time for it.
