c.catpersonally i think the white, full spectrum lights are best - colored lights can cause headaches and strain if youre looking at your plants for a while. personally, i havent experimented with colored lights, but ive heard the growth is a lot better with full spectrum, white lights. find what works best with you tho!

PlantgirlyI agree! Plus if this light is below 6000 lumens then it will not do anything for your plant tbh

I did the purple one and my cocao tree loves it Joshua tree too and passion fruit bushes So I’m liking it because it has a cool timer
