Hi everyone, had this hypoestes for a few months now and this tends to happen every now and then, the yellowing of the leaves i would assume either too much water to too much sun, but i always let it dry out between water and the sun really hasn’t been bad at the minute, and if it were to be too hot i take them out the window, all I’ve been doing is chopping the leaves once they fully turn yellow, any advice?

Not enough humidity. They don’t like to dry out necessarily. I’d water when the soil is 70-80% dry not completely. Indirect sunlight

I find that Polka Dots are quite fragile. Mine don’t like to completely dry out between waterings and they drop leaves all the time. Try not to chop but wait for the leaves to fall off on their own. I, personally, gently run my hands over the plant to see if any are about to fall. Hope this helps 🙏🏼

Thanks! I’ll be sure to do that in the future
