Most African violets I have seen have purple blooms. Mine blooms pink. Are there different varieties of African violets? If so which might I have?

The flowers can be purple, pink, blue, white. I’m trying to get all the colors.

There are lots of varieties of african violet. It can be hard to identify variety on appearances alone, though yours is a bit fancier than the ones i usually see for sale. If you want to look into that, the african violet society of america (AVSA) has a great cultivar gallery. Other colors include purple (ranges from periwinkle to indigo), white, and a dark red (all fairly common), a really rich dark blue, yellow, and a light lettuce-like green (seen more in fancy cultivars). They can have a variety of petal shapes, patterns (with two or even three colors), and variegations (can be cream-yellow, white, or pink variegated)

And there are also related species with similar care in the broader gesneriad family that have some fantastic flowers, different shapes, and other leaf shapes and colors
