Is it normal for these guys to grow upwards? He just keeps moving up and I don’t know what I’ll do once he hits the ceiling! (For reference, I stood on my sofa for this). TIA!

    its not a monstera deliciosa its a mini monstera the scientific name is Rhaphidophora tetrasperma

    Yes, it is normal for Raphidophora to get this tall … not sure what happens when there isn’t anywhere else to grow upwards!

    Totally normal! When he gets too tall you can either create a more roundabout path (vs straight up) or you can trim and propagate the cutting for a more lush look.
