How far away is the grow light?
1 LikeThe 3rd picture shows the sky light, its right above the plant
0 LikesRight above the plant would mean about a foot above it. If the grow light is further then 18 inches then it most likely will provide nothing for the plant and you'll get root rot which these are prone to as juveniles. I suggest getting a light meter and placing the grow light much closer.
0 LikesI see you said "sky light" not "grow light" my apologies. But I still suggest getting a light meter to determine how much the plant is actually recieving. The light could be too filtered.

0 LikesI see no windows or grow lights. I’m thinking it’s gonna want more light

0 LikesMonstera’s need what plant people call a “chunky aroid mix” for soil. Based off the pictures, your soil looks pretty company, with not a lot of larger objects like LECA or orchid bark to give space in the soil. Would reccomend looking into a chunky mix. Also, I’d reccomend a plant stake because monstera will get small leaves if not staked up right
