I have had this aloe Vera plant for 3 months. Whenever it grows a new leaf another leaf dies. Is there any way I can make it grow more leafs without any dying?

i’m not a super expert, i’ve just gotten into plants over the last couple months, so correct me if i’m wrong but i think the pot may be way too big for the aloe. and i can’t totally see clearly but the soil + the size of the pot could be holding onto too much moisture. the top of those aloe leaves look a bit mushy from overwatering. if it were me, i’d try a much smaller pot with a well draining soil, and do a big thorough watering only when the soil has dried out. best of luck!

I also noticed when looking at your plant that it says the lighting is shade. Is that correct? If so, you might try slowly adjusting it to a sunnier location or getting a grow light. Good luck! 🪴

yea i think it’s in too big a pot and you’ll want to get a terracotta pot with drainage holes
