When do I start taking care of my plants outdoors for fall and getting ready for winter. I’m in Asheboro, NC. I’m also disabled and I move slowly. I have a blueberry bush, a dwarf weeping willow, and a milkweed all in pots. Then I have a butterfly bush, azalea, morning glories, millennium garlics.
In the app, if you click on an outdoor plant, then click the little ⓘ next to its name, you'll be taken to the extra info on the plant. Scroll down to the temperature section and it'll show you when you should bring in the potted plants based on your location. I don't keep any plants in the ground that need special care (it's survival of the fittest here lol), so unfortunately I can't help with that portion.
