What should I do with this lily
if there are salvagable roots that still seem healthy, clean them up, repot in fresh soil, trim off any dead leaves, give it some time to recuperate & cross your fingers

Thanks it’s been repotted and the roots look healthy.

I don’t know the watering needs of a lily so I have no advice there. I’m guessing the soil should be at least 50% dry before you water again. But I wouldn’t expect to see much new growth until Spring unless you have it in a greenhouse or are in a warmer climate.
