She’s been in Leca for about 3ish weeks. First pic from Nov 24th second is from today. Do I need to cut her roots or get a bigger pot😅. Also how do I stop gnats from crawling/ staying on the top layer of Leca??

Get butterwort they are carnivorous plants that are highly efficient at capturing and eating gnats.

She could probably hold out till spring. But if she keeps growing through winter, it might be a struggle to get her out 😆 you could get one of the yellow stickys and wedge it in the leca. But if you have gnats other places it won't stop unless you kill the life cycle. They're angrily marching over the leca cuz they sense moisture, which they love to lay eggs in. But there's no soil.

looking good! we love root pics around here! i would leave it alone — the holes are large enough and leca is loose enough that when it is time to repot it should be easy enough with gentle hands. you’ll have to tip out the loose leca and carefully work the roots out, but it will be ok.
