soo idk if yall have ever knowingly let a spider live in your indoor garden, but i chose to leave a couple on the windowsill to eat up the gnats. to me, this is clearly not spider mites but a regular spider… will this hurt the plant or could it actually be helping?

A regular spider won't hurt anything. And like you say, helps get rid of those gnats. 😁

it's very common to let other bugs live in your gardens to deter harmful ones. ladybugs are a common one to eat aphids. should be a-okay
