Maybe separate the three individuals in the pot into separate pots.

They are very resilient so it is vertiually impossible to kill it and they are completely separate plants forced into one plant and so there will be no need to cut them apart so it should be easy to keep them alive.

I staked my monstera this summer. I found it easiest to take it out of the pot and get the different plants separated, and then tied them to the stakes before I put them back in the pot to make it easier to wrangle. As long as you’re careful and don’t bend them too far the stems won’t break

What stake method worked best for you?

I got these wooden trellises because I had so many plants in my pot. I like them so far and they’re quite secure in the pot

I'm so sorry, I WISH I could remember what it was called, but one of the plant sites sells this bendable wire that's wrapped in spaghum moss-sp to support the plants. Looks like it worked really well too. What was cool is that YOU control the plants 🪴 direction without smothering it's joy. 😊😉
