SuccySuccyCheck the roots, change the/add soil/substrate. Good place to start!

9sHi, There are no more roots on that plant. I would cut the stems between the nodes and put them in a cup of water to propagate. They root fairly easily in a window.

mayit looks like it has succumbed to a fungal or bacterial wilts and it is within the vascular system, as that stem there looks completely collapsed and dead. unfortunately I do not think you can save this guy 😞 you can try pulling the leaves off with their petioles intact and attempt to propagate them that way but I would go for the firmer leaves if you want to try that!
