It is probably just in shock, give it ice.
2 likesIce! That would shock it more! Also, was she watering too much? This looks like a Monstera, they like to dry out a bit. And they do appreciate a chunky mix to grow in, it gets air to the roots.

0 likesDon’t put ice on your plants…ever. Mother Nature would not approve. 😁 Check for pests. If no pests, then, it’s likely a watering issue especially when it’s under a grow light. So, it’s less likely a lighting issue. I suspect it’s under watered taking cues from the spider plant next to it. Water when the soil dries out and not based on a schedule. Bottom water and fertilize the spider plant since it’s severely dehydrated. The soil may be hydrophobic, too dry to soak up water before the water drains away. The snake plant below maybe having similar issues with low water/fertilizer/light based on the pale look. I suspect the grow lights are not within a foot of each plant and/or they are not getting fertilized every month.
2 likesThank you, should I tell her to clip the leaves that’s changing?
1 likeYes, she can clip the yellow leaves She should check the roots for rotten smelly roots in case it’s sitting in water. Treat for root rot if it’s an overwatering issue.
