Possibly this has been asked and answered, I just want to know, how many plants do you guys have?? I’ve just reached 23 different kinds (not including babies or props) my dad seems to think it’s a bit much. I feel like I could def have more! Complimentary pic of my almost 3 year old white bird of paradise. (She has been really fussy since getting repotted lmk if anyone has any recommendations)
I have 30 something indoors (including multiples of the same type; not including the planted fish tank). My dad thought it was a bit much around 20 plants ago 😂
Ugh! I love how much you’ve got going on and the set up. The cat is also making me giggle. I’m impressed at the cohabitation between the two. Dads don’t really seem to be into the whole plant hoarding thing it seems
0개 좋아요 Thank you! That's Wanda- she has the least brain cells of all our cats. Lucky for me, I don't live with my dad. But he visits often and every time he comments that the plants are going to take over the house soon lol
I started with a spider plant pup and alworthia and now I have 3 rubber plants, four succulents, three scindapsus, aeonium, a jade plant and some snake plants, and Im venturing into Hoyas! So 20 now and I think I need to calm down because I have a small house 😂 So

0개 좋아요 I know that pothos and philos are supposedly beginner plants but I will forever love them. Even being a more advanced plant owner they hold a place in my heart. I have recently branched out into the ficus family and I loooove them!
좋아요 1개 Nothing wrong with that. All plants are unique and interesting in their own ways. Ficus are so cool! I love my rubber trees dearly. Just bought my first philo, maybe I can keep it alive! The more I learn about house plants the more I get into it. It’s like making your house a special biome haha

Yes I frequently ask my girlfriend for a reality check. Like hey do you think I’m doing too much?? She says “as long as we aren’t tripping over them it’s fine”

It always sounds like a lot when you say the number but when you look around it never looks like too much. I have close to 40 plants spread out throughout the house and I plant to get a few more 🤓
