Oh noooo. So I believe this is a calathea. Theyâre unfortunately very sensitive to changes, especially lower humidity. Do you know by chance if your house has dry air?

I have it in the bathroom and hopes that the air was moist enough. there is a vent on the floor and the AC is on a few hours a day. I also put a diffuser next to it hoping that that would give it moist also.

That sounds like it should help! Whatâs the soil like? Does it dry out quickly or stay wet for a long time?

Doesnât seem to dry out fast right now itâs just damp, not too dry and not too wet.

what kind of water are you using? any chemicals or harsh metals/minerals in tap can crisp the edges i use distilled, but rain and reverse osmosis works as well. you can also filter the tap and leave it out for 24 hrs, or use an aquarium conditioner to get rid of chlorines!

I use a Britta filter gallon, but I recently read somewhere that that might be too hard to.
