Can I get some advice? Some of the leaves are turning yellow and falling off

    Pull it out of the pot and check the roots. Cut off any brown or mushy roots as these are rotted. Firm white or off white roots is what you want. Cut off any dead vines or leaves. If you do have root rot, make sure your pot has drainage and water less frequently. Best of luck!

    Trailing Jade? Best guess would be overwatering. Just another possibility.
