Hey! So my friend has a Donkey Tail succulent and it is dying due to overwatering. Its in partial sun, majority shade. She has watered it once a day but only a little bit, sonce that is what the person who sold it to her said it needed. Its in a glass pot and it has no drainage. It needs help!

Water it once every 3 weeks to a month. Repot it into a pot with drainage holes. Try to find a spot with bright indirect light. Good luck!

If she does not have a window she can use for it, have her get a grow light.😁🪴

This little baby urgently needs repotted with well draining soil. Use a mix of cactus soil (specifically for succulents and cactuses) and mix in perlite in a 50/50 mix. Lack of drainage and overwatering will kill these so quick. Make sure the new pot has drainage holes and slow down the watering significantly. I water my burro’s tail (similar plant) about every 3 weeks. Make sure it has bright indirect light for at least 8 hours and if your friend doesn’t have access to that consider using a lamp. Lastly, when you repot it do not water it for a few days or it will likely die. Once she gets the care routine right these are very easy to care for.
