I usually have a humidity dome over my plant but it’s starting to looks really sad and leggy. What am I doing wrong?

1 mi piaceThis looks like a hypoestes - they need regular pruning too as they’re prone to growing leggy.
1 mi piaceI have the same plants and same problem. I tried the pruning. But they were dropping the bottom leaves so that didn’t work. Tried silica. Nothing. Tried changing the amount of light. Nothing. Finally decided the plant did not give me any joy and was about to throw it away, when I decided to chop down to the soil. It has been a few weeks and I’m seeing some growth. I’ll give it a few more before it hits the trash can. Cause I’m giving up with it.
1 mi piaceMy plants always look terrible in winter, so I would bet it looks better in a few weeks
1 mi piaceI pruned it and took the humidity dome off of it. I’m hoping they’ll recover! Thank youu
