Hello all! What is happening here? I know it's a new growth, but what's the best way to handle it? I have to repot her today, so maybe a bigger pot would help?

What exactly is the problem? Are the new leaves not unfurling? That typically indicates not enough humidity

The long growth, I've never seen it before- so I was just curious.

What do you see as the problem? If it’s the curling leaves, eatycarbs is right, could be humidity. If it’s the long growth point, this is how syngonium grow - looking for something to climb or a place to trail. If you’re repotting you might think about adding a moss pole or giving the long stem a chop to add bushiness to the pot. Or just let it trail. They look nice like that too! You’re doing great!

I’ve noticed this plant unfurls a bit differently than others. Just give them some time to stretch their legs. I think they look okay! Just a bit silly looking for now😄

I use a sphagnum moss pole for support on mine when it started looking that way, except I trimmed her a node. Moss pole made mine bushier as well, I personally love it. The leaves tend to unfurl quicker with moisture.
