Does anyone with macrame hanging plants have tips on how to water plants without taking them down or out of the hanger?

You can put a plastic drip tray inside the macrame hanger under the pot
1 likeThey do have those. Do you just let it drip a while then empty the tray so it doesn’t have sitting water?

1 likeI bottom water, using the drip tray.
1 likeHow would I go about bottom watering a pot so deep? Seems like the water wouldnt reach the top of the soil. They’re 8 inch and 10 inch pots in diameter so they’re deep.
0 likesThey have 6-8” clear plastic pots to sit your pots in. Some have hooks you hang on the edge of the pots to hold them in place. I have cut the top edge hooks off the plastic pots and just put them in the hanger.
1 likeI feel you, lol. I bottom water too using the 3 inch drip tray. I have to fill up the tray 2-3 times until I feel like they got enough. Also logically thinking, I water more often say every 5 days instead of 7 since they're not fully getting soaked.
