How can I save this? I water it on the schedule that it’s supposed to be on and I put it in sunlight.

    Don’t water on a schedule, check the soil moisture before watering. This looks like a type of succulent and it’s suffering from overwatering. You’ll need to check the roots and remove any rot and repot into well draining mix and don’t water for a few days.
