fuey“decapitate” it. i trim up my jade about every month in the spring/summer and only a couple times in fall/winter. Creators like ‘Sheffield Made Plants’ on youtube do a great job showing the results. Otherwise this is my small jade that i recently trimmed the top and you can see how it is splitting. I also have my larger one here that you can see the long-term growth. You can see the progression on my profile if you’d like

And this goes for many types of plants, not just jades, like other succulents and especially pothos.

I’d try to cut one or two much lower to see how the plant reacts. Otherwise it just takes time and repetition of the process

Nope....no mealy bugs. It is the patina on the leaves, coupled with the lighting and it was wet

It is under a grow light and I have been watering per app schedule. Soil is always dry when I water. Should I try and separate each trunk?

Personally I would try keeping the schedule but decreasing the amount your watering and see if that makes an improvement. You can also train it into a bonsai shape which I did on one of my leggy guys! Keep in mind they’re more dormant this time of year so you may not see a huge change during these winter months.
