Just wondering if any of you make your own mixes? I was getting low so I filled all three of these today. I buy huge amounts of everything, (soil, perlite, orchid back and warm castings). So much cheaper in the long run.

ChristinaI do and just replenished. I love the garbage can idea. I just used plastic tubs.

I bought those at my local Market Basket. I think they were $6 or $7. Great investment and you can tell by all the scratched out words on the top they've been used for a lot of things. Lol
