My var alocasia frydek just put out an almost completely white leaf. However, there is a *teensy* bit of green on it. What do you think its chances are of not wilting? I included a photo of the previous leaf just because it’s nearly all green, so maybe its photosynthesis can make up for it?😂 The plant is located in a greenhouse with 70-75% humidity and grow lights.

😮 your frydek really said “watch, now I’m going to flip the colors” lol. I think in your conditions it’ll last a while. Knowing alocasia though, not forever sadly. My epipremnum pinnatum albo has been growing an almost all-white vine since around October. The first white leaf just died this week (possibly related to a humidifier mis-hap). The downside to the white leaves, besides the shorter lifespan, is they get damaged really easily and show it really obviously. But it’s still cool to get one!
