I woke up this morning and my majesty palm leaf had fallen over. i just felt of the trunk and the base and it is rotted. I keep it under a grow light 12 hours a day and was somewhat neglecting it but I watered like 3 days ago. What do I need to do?
I don’t think there is any saving it, but I could be wrong. I’m sorry!

Pull it from the pot and check the roots for rot from overwatering or dry rot. Both the roots and base of the stem would be mushy and swampy smelling from rot caused by overwatering. It could be a bacterial or fungal infection too. Both can result from water rot. There is also dry rot from insufficient or irregular watering. The roots will look withered and desiccated. 🪴🍀
