Why is my plant so tall with not many leaves?? Anything I’m doing wrong? She’s right next to a window and gets watered enough

Usually when that happens, you can just chop the plant back to above those first leaves and it will come back bushier. If the light is up and to the left, it may be getting leggy because it’s stretching for the light, so if you put it on a small table and rotate it that might help as well.

It looks like it’s getting too much water based on the leaf tips. That condition and insufficient light can cause leaf drop.

It’s a Polka Dot plant and they get leggy unless you pinch back the stems. As MattL said, you can cut it back to just above the lower leaves to encourage it to branch out. But if you’re looking for a bushier plant then I’d suggest planting 3 plants in one pot and pinch the stems back regularly. Here’s mine… it’s got 3 different colours in one pot and I wasn’t too good with pinching it back so you can see the legginess (is that even a word?)

Wow beautiful! Thanks so much. When you say pinch back the stem do you mean like cut away the upper part? And like not just leaves? That’s what I’m assuming

Yes, literally cut the stem, leaves and all. It’s something that a LOT of people have trouble doing (including me), probably because you’ve watched that plant grow and don’t want to damage it but with some plants it’s actually the best thing you can do for them.
