Can anyone tell me why the leaves might be turning yellow? I just repotted a week ago and it was watered a few days ago. It gets indirect sunlight the entire day

In my opinion that pot is too big for the plant. Monsteras love being root bound and rarely ever need repotting. Unless the roots were busting out the pot I wouldn't have removed it. Theres most likely too much soil and water for the roots. Also repotting can cause shock depending on how big of a pot you size up.
0 Mi piaceI only repotted it because i just purchased it, it is currently in a 6in pot. And when i bought it it was only in a jar of water
0 Mi piaceI would down size to a 4in or smaller. I've seen Swiss cheese plants with alot more shoots in smaller pots than a 6in.
0 Mi piaceMine did this, I believe I over watered it. I tried to save the leaves but they eventually all looked a bit pants so I gave it a massive chop and left it be for a few weeks, it soon grew back healthier than ever. I now only water once it’s dry dry if that helps.
1 mi piaceIt's normal for these to turn yellow when leaves age out. As long as it's only the oldest leaf doing it and the rest of the plant looks happy, it's nothing to worry about
