Tell me how this wants to give me a new leaf but also have root rot at the same time!? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Chopped everything off and put it in water. I don’t know what will happen now. Probably die.

    Spending its energy where it can I guess. The leaf probably started developing before the rot set in.

      I know rot can set in fast but it was baaaaad 😂

    I had a plant push a new leaf while fighting spider mites. Was able to save the new leaf. Get rid of pests and now she has 2 leaves lol

      I’ve saved several plants by propagating anything that is left. If you chopped the rot and put it in water, it should get new roots. That new leaf proves it’s still viable and wants to live.

      I hope so! I’ve covered the jar with a sock and put it under a light it wouldn’t normally be under just for abit extra warmth and light. I can only pray to the plant gods at this point 😂
