Is there any saving my sunflowers? 😞 the leaves are browning and wilting. I've kept up with watering and sun.

I would say you can definitely save it. I would check the roots and if there’s any rot, cut it off and spray the roots with diluted hydrogen peroxide to try to fight against any root rot.

How do I check the roots (I'm a new plant owner)? By just repotting?

Just pull the plant out of the pot and inspect the roots. If you need to, look up what root rot looks like. If they are rotted they will look brown/black & be mushy. Healthy roots should be white/green in color depending on the plant. If there are any rotted roots use some snippers and cut them off, and then spray the rest of the healthy roots with hydrogen peroxide. After doing that you can stick it right back in the same pot to be honest!
