Unfortunately that might have been a mealy bug. They’re a household plant pest. Keep this plant away from your others until you know more :)
The largest mealy bug I’ve ever seen was about the size of a pill bug, but more commonly they’re smaller than that
Thank you so much , will do. Im gonna replace the soil when i can:D
Mealybug does not usually look like a caterpillar. It looks like fuzzy bit of cotton or something. I don't suppose you can get a picture of the caterpillar thing? Try sliding the entire root ball out of the pot and see what's in there.
Im gonna try changing the dirt so ill take a picture if i do see anymore
Nah it dident look like that, like i mentioned it looked more like a caterpillar but thank you tho!! Im gonna keep an eye out on the plant and the soil but if i see anymore im gonna repot it. :D
I think it was possibly a garden millipede, they look the most like caterpillar to me
Yeh! It looked more like that, what should i do to get rid of them if theres more???
If you you repot, I don't think you'd see more. They are not harmful to plants either. So no issue there. I leave them alone if I see them. But a lot of people don't like the thought of them inside, which is fair lol
