I have used peroxide drench, mosquito bit water, sticky traps, zevo electric traps. Mostly now I use nematodes and predatory mites.

Put lava rocks on the top layer of soil so they can’t lay eggs on the soil really helps my plants :)

My fungus gnats went away when I started bottom watering. They like moist top soil, so I’d bottom water my plants until they were nice and soaked but not soaked all the way up to the top layer. This is all I’ve done and I haven’t seen a fungus gnat in quite some time now

I lived on a farm with my family growing up, my mom always got the gnat fly strips for potted plants, worked like a charm. I also recommend finding the plant with the nests, and put cinnamon on top of the soil to cause it to dry out and kill the bugs. Good luck!
