Does anyone know why these leaves are dying off? Not really worried js confused, wondering if he’s shedding off old leaves to spend more energy on new ones, should I Clip them off?

eatyacarbsnahh this plant is stressin’ — it’s this plant though, they’re fussy. they need really consistent temps and lots of humidity. they do really well under glass
